Die Betten fanden wir nicht so komfortabel, zu viel harter Federkern, beim umdrehen werden immer gleich beide wach. Es war sehr war und stickig im Zimmer. Aber die Fenster ließen sich weit öffnen. Das Hotel war alles in allem sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet (6-11 Uhr) war recht gut und sauber, es gab viel frisches Gemüse und auch Obstsalat. Allerdings waren die Rühreier aus dem Tetra und eher geschmacksneutral. Muss man nicht haben. Obwohl es sehr voll war, wurde immer zügig aufgefüllt und es gab auch viel Auswahl an frischem Brot und Brötchen, Brezeln und auch Kuchen. Abends an der Bar war es allerdings nicht gut. Gegen 22:30 Uhr wurde es voll und die Leute standen in 3er Reihe an der Bar. Das Personal war völlig überfordert. Sie waren zwar sehr freundlich und bemüht, aber zu dritt war der Ansturm kaum zu bewältigen. Die Cocktails wurden irgendwie so p mal Daumen zusammen gemischt und hatten keine Garnitur, dafür waren sie wirklich sehr hochpreisig. (Also teurer als in anderen und besseren Hotels. Dafür gab es ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze. Für ca. 10 € kam man gut mit dem Taxi zur Messe/Arena, und konnte das Auto sicher stehen lassen. Es gab wohl auch Abendessen zwischen 18-21 Uhr, leider aber später keinerlei Snacks. Viele Leute haben danach gefragt. Die Rezeption war immer besetzt, ein- und auschecken verlief sehr gut, es wurden auch Zimmerwünsche berücksichtigt. Alles in allem war es OK, Preis inkl. Frühstück war auch angemessen.

It wasn't possible to open the windows because of the many mosquitoes and the traffic. We were then allowed to move to another room, which was very kind, but it was already very late in the evening. With a child, and so late, it was quite a hassle. The next morning, we had to pack our suitcases and move again. Unfortunately, neither room was ready, and I had to leave my luggage in the other booked room or could have left it in the lobby. As compensation for all the trouble, I was given two bottles of water. I'm really disappointed—€500 for two nights and such a hassle. I'll have to think twice about booking here again. Breakfast was okay. (Original) Wir waren hier für 2 Nächte. 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und höflich, auch wenn mehr los ist, war es bemüht auf uns einzugehen. Ich hatte zwei Zimmer gebucht. Leider ging in einem der Zimmer die Klimaanlage nicht und es war sehr heiß im Zimmer. Es war leider nicht möglich zu lüften, wegen der vielen Mücken und des Autoverkehrs. Wir durften dann in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen, das war sehr nett, aber es war schon sehr spät abends. Mit Kind, und so spät war es sehr mühevoll. Am nächsten Tag mussten wir dann in der früh die Koffer packen und nochmals umziehen. Leider war kein Zimmer fertig und ich musste mein Gepäck in dem anderen gebuchten Zimmer abstellen oder hättet es in der Lobby unterstellen sollen. Für den ganzen Aufwand habe ich dann als Entschädigung zwei Flaschen Wasser geschenkt bekommen. Ich bin echt enttäuscht 500€ für zwei Nächte und so ein Stress. Ich muss mir überlegen ob ich hier nochmals buche. Frühstück war in Ordnung.
