For this price and room quality, it was incredibly cheap. The staff were very helpful; we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel even before check-in time, and then leave it again at check-out, returning to pick it up in the evening. The only downside was that the door lock was very difficult to remove. This was very different from another hotel I initially booked through an app based on positive reviews. Upon check-in, the staff informed me that the hotel had been without water for about two days. We asked about their solutions, but they were completely unhelpful. We spent about two hours discussing a solution, a huge waste of time. The staff lacked the ability to handle immediate problems. Amazing service, fridge in the room wasn't working but they promptly fixed it. Wasn't feeling well and they let us check out slightly later without any fees, really solid experience.
