I want to personally think Ro for the hospitality that he showed to me. He was extremely professional, polite and positive. More than 90% of the rooms are newly remodeled with new furniture. The rest are soon to be remodeled. And by the way the motel six had the best rates in all of Kalispell, Whitefish and Columbia Falls. You can’t do any better than spending the night at the Motel 6 in Kalispell Montana.
There was a HUGE mix-up with our phone reservation which was made for an entirely different State than the one we were in. Joy was incredibly kind and helped us cancel our reservation. Although his location was all booked up for the night, Joy took the time to provide us the attention and reassurance we needed at that moment. Thank you, Joy, you are a gentleman and your kindness will never be forgotten!
