The front desk agent, Jesus, was courteous, polite, professional, and friendly. Check-in was completed in a timely and humorous lol manner, which my family and I greatly appreciated. I truly enjoy encountering a personable individual who seems to take pleasure in their job. Thank you, Jesus! 🤗👍 But as for the hotel OMG please get softer beds! Its like laying on the ground. The price is ok and the area inside & out is cleaner then most hotels despite the fact that its pet-friendly.
Im just a truck driver delivering to the airport, had some docs to print at 5 am and no where to turn to, Antonio on the front desk printed them even though i didn't have a room He really saved my day And i will be staying here in the future if ever pass through ord
