The general manager Susi and team are great! The room was clean, we love that are pets can stay with us! Every time we are in the area we make sure we stay here! We enjoy that it’s close to all the best restaurants and also close to downtown Naperville! It’s close to the metra also so if we want to go to downtown Chicago for any reason we can get their and back without having to drive in the traffic!
I came in late and compared prices with a hotel next door. This hotel had a slightly better price, so I decided to stay here. During check-in after 11:00pm Rita looked at all options including AAA, AARP, my age and maybe some other options to give me the best possible rate. She was able to save me an additional $10. She was greatly appreciated by me.
