Called in about rooms to have early check in. Lady at desk told me my room would be ready and even asked what floor I preferred. I told her 1st floor and she said perfect my room would be ready. 5 minutes later when I arrived my husband went to check us in and he wasn't treated with the same bubbly attitude. Told him that room wasn't available anymore and instead but us on the 3rd floor. Away from elevators smh.
Jose Mendoza was really good as far as not just his job but taking care of the people that actually are here that stay here he shows good care and concerns always and that's coming from someone from the streets and that's hard to find especially when it comes
