Everything has been great, I wasn't sure what to expect when I first checked in but the staff has been professional and really understanding to different situations. The room was clean and honestly the perfect size for what I need. I mostly deal with Seth and he has been great working with and he provides excellent customer service, always pleasant to deal with, never any attitude or problems.
Seth, Brian and the rest of the staff are respectful and courteous, the rates are reasonable and the rooms are acceptable, some better than others... But the owners are working to upgrade the rooms... Overall a good experience in Englewood, Colorado
