When we arrived there was a snapfoo because of a new system the gentleman that checked us in was kind, courteous and very patient. He talked with us and helped the frustrating experience go flawlessly. There was an issue with the shower head and he had it fixed shortly after we had asked for it to be fixed. The rooms are neat and tidy. I loved that it is like a small studio apprement with 2 burner plates, dishwasher and couch. It was a comfortable stay. Will come back again!
The staff are great , it’s a couple staff who have been here since i checked in a couple years ago and the overnight guy Shawne he’s always available and knows the property well and will assist you even if it’s just in conversation because you’re down like I was a couple months ago and he stayed after his shift to listen him and the General manager of the company before studio 6 took over they were all nice.
