⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a great experience staying here. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the property appears to have been updated with newer flooring and air conditioning units. I haven’t had any issues during my stay. What really stands out is the people running this hotel. They have been incredibly kind, patient, understanding, and helpful from the moment I arrived. They even helped me when I accidentally booked the wrong date and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I was also upgraded to a king room, which was greatly appreciated. From what I understand, the current owners recently took over the property, so older reviews from previous management don’t reflect the experience I’ve had here. The people running this place now are hardworking, family oriented, and genuinely care about their guests. Good places with genuinely kind people are hard to find these days. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with friendly management that treats guests with respect, I would absolutely recommend giving them a chance. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Park Inn & Suites is one of my favorite places to stay when I’m in El Cajon. The employees are always nice, welcoming, and professional, which makes a big difference when you’re traveling. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and decent for the price. I’ve always felt that you get good value for what you pay, and the overall experience has been pleasant. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in the El Cajon area with friendly staff and comfortable rooms, I definitely recommend giving Park Inn & Suites a try. I’ll definitely be staying here again!
