This review is based on my comparison to other motels I've stayed in recently. I've stayed in A LOT. From the moment you check in you can tell this place is different. The staff is so kind and doesn't make you feel like you are asking too much of them for having to do their job. When I got to my door, the key worked the FIRST time! The room itself is hands down the nicest I've stayed in. Everything is updated, including the refrigerator which is an actual miniature of a REAL one. That means an actual freezer with a door and not an icebox. We are in the middle of a heat wave right now so you can imagine how appreciative we are. The stands and tables have glass on them which is genius because NO BURN MARKS. The room had no weird smell, the towels are nicer than mine at home, and the TV and remote are fully functional. There's a king sized bed with new bedding and a table and office chair for work. Free parking. Food nearby. Literally speechless. This will be our first stop from now on.
Oh my goodness. I was so blessed to land this spot this evening as I had to make an emergency stay in Portland as my dad was in the hospital. The owner was just so kind and accommodating. He even moved his car from the lot so that I could park in the lot as there were no more spots. The room was so clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Im so thankful.
