The amenities were not up to the mark, but the check-in experience was decent. However, cleanliness was a major disappointment. Overall, I would rate it 5 stars for the remarkable hospitality and friendly staff.

This hotel definitely deserves 5 stars in all aspects! The rooms were amazing, staff was very courteous and the check-in experience was smooth. Would highly recommend this hotel for a remarkable stay!
