I had an amazing experience at Banashankari comfort. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. The check-in process was smooth, and I was greeted with a warm smile. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They were attentive, polite, and always ready to help with any request. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The amenities were fantastic, and I felt truly taken care of. What really stood out was the personalized attention I received – it felt like they genuinely cared about making my stay special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience and excellent service. Will definitely be back! ✌️❤️
Good rooms Banashankari comfort. It was for us definitely worth the money. the staff made us feel very comfortable. I complained about the bed, which was immediately replaced. Then the massage was not relaxing as there was renovation work going on, and it was solved by not charging me for the massage. After this we were treated in a very good way to make sure we were feeling super welcome in the hotel. Also we could check out later which helped us a lot! Thank you a lot for solving the issues this way! We enjoyed it
